Fragrant White Lily of the Valley Pips for Sale | Groundcover
Right next to Oriental Lilies and Tuberose, Lily of the Valley ranks high on the list of plants with fabulously fragrant flowers. Each Lily of the Valley bulb, or “pip,” as they are called, produces a single sturdy stem embellished with up to a dozen tiny, scalloped, bell-shaped blossoms. While the pips may not readily bloom the first season, they will naturalize and multiply for gorgeous groundcover in future seasons. At the base of the stem, fresh green leaves complete the lush carpet. Additionally, these pure white flowers are excellent for cutting and look positively precious in mini bouquets and other arrangements.
Note: These are one-year-old pips at a reduced price. About 22% of these one-year-old Convallaria pips will bloom the first spring, unlike the two-year-old flowering pips we offer. These pips are an economical way to start a mass planting that can be enjoyed for years to co!
